Favorite Books of 2013

30 Dec

Creating this list of favorite books read in 2013 was difficult. Luckily I divided it into categories and put my top choice in each in bold. Asterisks will denote that these titles have made My Most Favorite Favorites. I was surprised to see most of the books I chose were from 2012 or later. I also included a couple of Honorable Mentions at the end of older books I think are worth checking out.

You have some great choices! I, too, chose And the Mountains Echoed and Journey as favorites this year. I loved Aristotle and Dante! I haven’t read Boxers and Saints yet – since it won a National Book Award, I should!! Happy reading in 2014!
